MBMTA adalah Program Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Guru yang konsisten dan berkesinambungan, dilakukan selama 5 hari penuh di minggu ke 4 setiap bulan untuk mendampingi para guru dan pendidik yang ingin terus belajar dan mengembangkan diri sepanjang tahun ajaran. Menghadirkan 10 topik penting dan menarik untuk guru, pendidik dan praktisi pendidikan dari jenjang TK-Universitas dari program Bahasa Inggris, Matematika, Metodologi, Pedagogi, Pembentukan Karakter dan Manajemen Pengajaran.

English for Preschool - Interactive Online Preschool Teaching for Phonics Part 2
The second part of phonics training looks at the higher stages of teaching phonics, focusing on creative, interactive face-to-face and online teaching activities for learning digraphs, diphthongs & long vowels. This session also contains the process of & activity ideas for teaching sight words.

Maths for Primary - Using the Bar Model for Problem Solving
Bar model is an effective tool for mathematical problem-solving. This session aims to look into understanding math problems, setting up bar models, and solve the problems successfully. Bar model can be used across several different topics in math such as: fractions, ratios and whole numbers. This model is accessible for students as early as primary 2.

English for Secondary - Engaging Students to Actively Participate in Context-Based Grammar Lessons
Defying the myth of boring and unrealistic grammar lessons, having your students actively involved in the process of discovery, using personalised and real-life contexts to make sense of the structures and exploring ways of practicing grammar that suit students' differences. This session demonstrates how to do these activities via distance learning.

Matematika untuk Sekolah Dasar - Penggunaan "Bar Model" untuk pemodelan dan pemecahan soal Matematika
Bar model merupakan suatu alat pemecahan soal matematika yang efektif. Sesi ini bertujuan untuk memahami soal-soal matematika, menggambarkan bar model yang sesuai, serta menyelesaikan soal matematika dengan sukses. Bar model dapat digunakan dalam beragam topik matematika seperti: pecahan, rasio dan bilangan bulat. Model ini dapat diajarkan dan digunakan oleh siswa mulai dari jenjang kelas 2 SD.

English for Pimary - Interactive Online Grammar Presentation and Activities
This training focuses on how to present grammar lesson interestingly by involving the learners' in the delivery process. It will show how to utilise personal and real-life context to make sense of the structure and to ease the students to understand the concept. Various interactive and interesting ways of practicing grammar are demonstrated during the training to let the participants know how to do and adapt the activities to suit their students' levels.
